  1. To immediately release upset emotions that are causing stress to show up in your body and mind and to wipe out your internal defiance toward commitments that you've made to yourself when you rebel against a choice to change a habit.
  2. To tackle the inner reasons for your personal conflicts about habits that you reject so that you can triumph over them, not through will power, but through handling the deep causes of your resistance wisely and strategically.
  3. To take control over your entire life by taking responsibility for every action, habit, pattern, mental state, and circumstance that you're involved in, never characterizing yourself as a victim and never considering your situation as a trap.
